RAW LOOK: AFTERMATH OF THE CHARLESTON RIOT BEFORE CLEANUP


RESULT OF MAYOR TECKLENBURG'S SURRENDER

Below are photos taken by a Charleston resident, less than an hour after the Charleston riot disbanded on the morning of May 31, 2020. Most Charlestonians weren't able to see the extent of the damage, as store owners began showing up hours before sunrise to clean and board up the damages. These photographs give you a raw look at the riots aftermath.
